Sushi Block boards are beautifully finished with one long recessed finger plate at either end of the board which enables it to be easily carried. Rectangular in shape with lightly rounded edges.
Sushi Bock Medium is perfect for heavy chopping and carving. Also suitable to be used as a bread board.
