Bespoke custom furniture made to order
At Lisnavagh, we’re always looking for new ways to use our beautiful native timber to make beautiful things. We’re delighted then to announce that we’re now producing bespoke furniture items for both indoor and outdoor use, as well as other home décor items like worktops and fireplace mantelpieces.
As with everything else we do, we exclusively use Irish hardwood timbers, that we sawmill and kiln-dry ourselves here at Lisnavagh, in the manufacture of all these products. This means that our unique traceability system remains in place, and we can provide a certificate with every item to say where exactly the timber used came from, how old the tree was, etc. That can certainly be a talking point as somebody admires your new worktop or garden furniture!
Our team member David Watkins is the one mainly responsible for building bespoke furniture, thanks to his background in joinery and cabinet making before he joined us here at Lisnavagh. He is on hand to talk to you in detail about what it is you require, and can come up with beautiful and inventive designs that are guaranteed to please – as many happy customers have already seen for themselves.
Other recent additions to our range are a collection of wooden storage boxes in several sizes, similar to the ‘pallet crates’ that have become so popular recently. These boxes are made from off-cuts from the manufacturing process for our other items, as part of our commitment to ensuring that as much of our beautiful woodland heritage as possible is preserved in as many ways as possible for future generations to enjoy.
